April was all about clearing up the mess the snow left and lambing. Hog roasting and pigs took a tiny bit of a back seat for a few weeks.
Once everthing began to recover April was amazingly glorious. With new lambs on the ground it was wonderful to see these wonderful creatures enjoying some dry warm days. Was a surprise to have a lambing sun tan!!!
The Romney’s did a wonderful job of deiverin unassisted. Only had to help one Shetland ewe deliver which was fantastic. Few bottle babies though but with 6 sets of triplets that’s no surprise.
The kids did a fab job of feeding lambs whilst I did all the other jobs😁
